Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your furniture. If something isn't right, here is how we can fix it.

Products are returnable within the applicable return window if they meet the following criteria:

  • The item is physically damaged, missing parts, defective, or different from the description.
  • The product was not damaged while in your possession.
  • It is returned in original condition, including the box, MRP tag, user manual, warranty card, and accessories.
Important: Products damaged due to misuse do not qualify for returns. Please address functional issues via the warranty.

You may initiate a return under the following guidelines:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the request within 10 days of delivery.
  • If you discover damage upon opening the package, please contact Customer Care immediately with photos.

We try to make returns easy by arranging a pickup:

  • Contact our Customer Care within the 10-day window.
  • Our logistics team will collect the product from your delivery address.
  • You will be provided with a docket number/pickup receipt. Please keep this safe for reference.

Refunds are initiated only after the product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection.

  • Credit Card / Net-Banking: Refunded to the original source account.
  • Processing Time: Typically processed within 4 working days after inspection.

Note: We are not responsible for delays in credit to your account, as this is managed by your issuing bank.
