Cancellation and Refunds
We strive to make your shopping experience smooth. Please read our policies below regarding order modifications and returns.
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
1. Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and process a 100% refund to your original payment method.
2. After Dispatch: If the furniture has already left our factory, we cannot cancel the shipment. However, you may initiate a return request once the item arrives (return shipping fees may apply).
Note: Custom-made or "Contract Manufacturing" bulk orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
We reserve the right to cancel orders under specific circumstances:
- If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error.
- If the delivery location is unserviceable by our logistics partners.
- If stock is unavailable due to inventory mismatches.
In all such cases, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
Once a return or cancellation is approved, we initiate the refund within 48 hours.
Credit Card / Net Banking: Money will be refunded to the source account. This typically takes 5-7 working days depending on your bank's processing speed.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank, but we will provide you with the Refund Reference Number (ARN) to track it.
If your furniture arrives damaged, please take photos/videos immediately upon delivery and share them with us.
We will replace the damaged part or the entire unit free of cost. Do not worry—our transit insurance covers this.
