Cancellation by the Customer

Customers can cancel the order before the product is dispatched for final delivery.

Cancellation by VIKI

In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an system error product information/Pricing , VIKI shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

In the event that a product is ordered is not serviceable to customers location (pin code) and an order gets placed due to system errors , VIKI shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, unless the product has already been dispatched.

Refunds

If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund in the same Credit Card or Net-Banking account. Typically refunds are processed in less than 7 working days.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. In case of any delay, it shall be upto to the customer to take it up with their respective credit card bank with the reference of VIKI refund process reference.
